March Madness! { CL Style! }

So after checking out the articles above, I've decided we should probably do some sort of figuring out who we are & what we really want. That way we can prioritize and refocus on what's important now. Please check out the above articles, the "Tips" as I've called them are really just slides, so the articles aren't very long at all. Check them out, see if anything sounds like something you'd to perhaps work on for yourself and make a list of what stands out the most.   1. Ok, so I'm going thru the 10 Metabolism boosting tricks article, I knew Green Tea was good for you, for it's antioxidants, but I did not know that it was a fat buster too! Back to green tea I go!
